New Diet Plan

I love the HCG Diet. My 18th day was definitely a good one. I lost another pound; just one, but I’m feeling fabulous. It feels extra fabulous because I was stuck at 156 and I was just so excited to see a different number on the scale!

I got my HCG kit. It came by mail yesterday. I immediately unpacked it and gave you a quick rundown in yesterday’s article of each of the products. I ordered the homeopathic HCG weight loss formula and the B-Total Sublingual. But I didn’t say much about the actual HCG protocol for weight loss as contained within their included instruction manual. So that’s what you have to look forward to for today.

My buddy, Lisa, and I have decided to embark on the HCG diet. We’ve been doing a lot of online research so even though we haven’t yet started the diet we’ve already identified a few problem areas. But since some of the online info contradicts we’ve decided to wait until our actual HCG Diet Direct protocol arrives per mail before we really start to stress it. Apparently it comes with a short and sweet instruction manual.

Have you been paying attention? If you have you know that this is number 6 in what is going to be a long line of articles all about me, Lisa and HCG. I decided to go ahead and get on the diet. I researched it. I chose a company to work with. I decided what I’m going to order. And I challenged Lisa to do it with me (it will be easier to stick to it if I’ve got some healthy competition). But then I didn’t hear back from her. So this morning I decided that she needed an extra push.

I thought about HCG diet weight loss clinics at first, but they were too expensive and there wasn’t one really close to where I live. Next I looked online and I’m going to use HCG Diet Direct.
