    You look super …
You look super happy!.. I just made an appointment yesterday to get put on Adipex..

  2. lambent123 says:

    You want to eat, …
You want to eat, because it’s psyhcological but when u reach for food, u say “nahhh, I don’t feel like, I am okay with a drink-coffee, tea, water, whatever” All I expect from the med is to cut my carb content greatly which has worked so far. Ohh erection issue, well, not this time, maybe I create a lot better fantasy in my mind…we’ll see.

  3. lambent123 says:

So I take all the …
So I take all the vitamin pills daily as I have always done, eat a fruit, one or two meals and a protein drink all adds up to the half of the calorie amount I used to take prior to medication. So I am hoping to get trimmed in the next 4weeks. I will try to spread the medication every other day or third day since I can’t get them again. So I really think that this med shuts of one’s appetite.

  4. lambent123 says:

    I assumed it might …
I assumed it might have been water loss or something but then again, I run the same distance before and I didn’t lose any lb without the med. Now, I am using the med for 3-4 days now, haven’t seen any other loss of weight but I can tell you that I stopped consuming as much calorie, heck! I don’t even desire to eat unless I force myself which is what I wanted from this medication.

  5. lambent123 says:

    so be careful if …
so be careful if you use the medication, don’t think and act “ohh I can go a lot faster” because u may do it but u may also have a hearth attack or something. Anyhow, at the end of the day, I noticed I lost 4 lb right away but I was very skeptical of it as the amount of calorie I saved that day wouldn’t be equal to the calorie amount of 4lb.

  6. lambent123 says:

    So when I run, I …
So when I run, I can feel my hearth is pumping unusually more “powerful” but that got me worried, then I would slow. I thought I wouldn’t realize if I my hearth came out of my body as one doesn’t feel any pain or physical weakness but one feels like a superman. I felt I was running unusually too fast.

  7. lambent123 says:

    I thought I could …
I thought I could not running middle distance but 100m sprint, I really would run very hard and not felt a thing, u even become resistant to pain with the med. I felt the same in my first trial when I was at the gym working out, I was going so hard on the equipment, I thought I was going to damage the machine, the harder you go, the harder u want to do it. I felt as if I was on some sort of horse medication.

  8. lambent123 says:

    The strange thing …
The strange thing is that, normally if I am hungry, tired, I can’t run. With my current exercise method if I don’t do home exercise, or sometimes just to switch it, I would run 4 miles outside. So, when I am tired in the eve but still went out for a run, I felt I had so much energy that I improved my 4 miles run by 2 minutes in each time.

  9. lambent123 says:

    I can tell you, I …
I can tell you, I had eneormous amount of energy at work and afterwards. All I needed was to cut my carb intake, mainly from bread, I just love bread and peanut butter-jelly sand for breakfast, but a big one.. Amazing, I told my buds the first time I used that it could be the miracle pill, and the second time around, I felt the same.

  10. lambent123 says:

    So anyhow, I …
So anyhow, I noticed my lack of having erection was not because of the medication because I didn’t get it back two weeks after stop using it, probably it was still in my system. Other than that, no or minimum side effects. Anyhow, I hit the plateu and when she offered me the med, I decided to take it since I am too busy to have any date anytime soon..

  11. lambent123 says:

    Actually, I simply …
Actually, I simply couldn’t have more of it as it is a prescribed medication; probably my doctor wouldn’t give it to me, and one major side affect, no erection, simply, none, nada whatsoever. It was embarrassing as I had a date on the day I took Adipex which prevented me eat all day long, I thought I was also very busy that day.

  12. lambent123 says:

    I have hardly had …
I have hardly had any candies or cookies, the later one is my fav, during this time, never dieted like that before. Anyhow after 10 weeks and 22lb weight loss,I hit the plateu for more than a month. I decided to use Adipex I got from this girl who has transformed her body one couldn’t believe. I actually used it for 5 days sometime at the beginning of my first 10 weeks but I was already losing about 2lb a week just like during the week I used Adipex, I didn’t care much.

  13. lambent123 says:

    3) Lol, I have …
    3) Lol, I have those cheap rubber bands that were sitting around for so long The second and probably most important factor in my weight loss was my diet. I made sure I didn’t exceed my calorie intake of 2700cal/perday(I move a lot at work and I am on the muscular side) but ate plenty of protein as we all know about it by now.and I never used them before. I have also a pair of moderate dumbells.

  14. lambent123 says:

    2) I have dropped …
    2) I have dropped 22lb in 10 weeks through short but intense exercising and healthy diet. I was amazed at the result. I have lost a lot more in such a short time than when I hit the gyms for 2 hrs before. My short intense exercising I have developed for myself, which was one of the two reasons for the great results, took between 25minutes and no more than 30minutes a night or 5 times a week, at least. It was a home exercising.

  15. lambent123 says:

    Yeah just got some …
Yeah just got some for two weeks, I have been out of shape for the last 2 yrs and hit my heighest at 222lb, made me worried, decided to get into shape last Xmas. I am 6ft ,been in shape most of my life (kept a weight between 180-185lb when I exercised regularly but not lean enough to have my 6 packs and I am on the muscular side).. Anyhow, I am quite knowledgable about exercising methods, when I commit, I also eat well; otherwise, I stop exercising and stop eating well. Sounds familiar, ehh?
