After getting dozens upon dozens of questions about what meals I ate and how I often I ate them I decided to put this video together because i know it’ll help alot of guys out who need help putting together a meal plan that builds muscle.

Inside this video, I not only tell you EXACTLY what I ate, but why I ate it (which is equally important)

    i eat oatmeal in the morning a tuna sandwitch at 12 rice eggs and beans at 2 a big meal at 4 and 6 then a peanut butter and honey sandwitch at night and gained about 10 poundds a month. you gotta work out everyday so you can have a good apetiittE. anyways

    Hey man, good vid. I’ve decided to really cut back on meat as to how its processed, chemicals etc, I really dont think its good to eat that much meat 2bh. Anyway, From a vegeterian (im not a vegetarian btw)point of view what would you recommend for protien? I do eat fish and chicken sometimes but I’d rather get my protiens from natural sources, thanks man.
