there’s so much confusion relating to green-tea. i have been personally drinking de-caff green tea, and thought this was my solution to the caff prob. found in green tea. How can the decaf-process be toxic? what proof is there??? can someone send me the website talking about these facts.

Yes I’m very sensitive to caffeine, to the point where the next day after I’ve had it, I’m extremely lethargic, experience painful muscle aches to the point where I can’t get out of bed. I’m otherwise heatlhy. I have had heart palpitations from too much Yerba mate, another wonder drink so I guess I’m one of those rare people. I just drink herbal teas now and God bless everyone who’s lucky enough to enjoy a great cup of green tea or yerba mate.

The amount of caffeine in green tea isn’t really a big deal unless you’re very sensitive. How much did you drink? Did you notice excitability? If you’re worried though, try drinking extra water to combat the drying effect of caffeine. There’s evidence that caffeine can reduce the risk of skin cancer. As for other antioxidants, your body needs a variety. Different ones can be helpful in different areas. Natural health care is one of my areas of study right . ^__^

I gave up green tea …
I gave up green tea last year. Green tea contains caffeine which is terrible for your skin. There are anti-oxidants in other things.
