    When you drink milk, you’re consuming cholesterol, fat, and hormones. Too much is bad for you. Skim or Soy milk are good alternatives.

    So hard not to drink Cokacola, but I drink gallons of milk a week. Wouldn’t that just make up for drinking it? Im sure the answer to that question is NO , but its a nice thought. The real answer is stop drinking soft drinks.
