    The “can of tuna in college” struck home. I still will do that for lunch now and then. (I assume your recomment the tuna in water as opposed to tuna packed in oil.) Suggestions to make that can more appetizing: squeeze some lemon juice in it; also for a sandwich, instead of mayo, try your favorite mustard or non-fat plain yogurt.

    I’ve had other guys from the UK eat something called Weetabix I believe. Does that ring a bell? Anything really with lower sugar, more than 5 grams of protein per serving and some fiber (5 grams or more). Feel free to help out guys if you know some that fit this description.     well i have bran …
    well i have bran flakes and that has 10g of protien per 100g.
    There is also all bran which has 14g protien per 100g but i find it tastes not that great.
